Andrew Ford founded Sales CoPilot, Inc. in the spring of 2006. Sales CoPilot provides a comprehensive suite of consulting and coaching services to build high performing sales teams that drive strategic results for its customers. Sales CoPilot has worked with clients across a variety of B2B markets since 2006.
Andrew Ford’s sales career spans 25 years in the software and technology industry. From 2000 to 2003, as Director of Sales at PointForce Inc., Andrew drove the US expansion that contributed to the successful sale of the company to TECSYS Inc. in 2004. At TECSYS, Andrew held the position of President of the SMB Group until 2006.
He has also facilitated the TechConnex’s (Formerly the York Technology Association) Sales Leadership Peer Groups in Toronto and Markham for 9 years. Andrew received a Lifetime achievement award in June of 2015 from Techconnex in consideration of his 13 years of volunteer contributions to the organization and its community.
